No. The server maintains a single compressed copy of any report/file.
When a user requests to view a report an uncompressed COPY of the original is made and used to serve the user. The user has the ability to download a COPY of the report/data file and use it. The original
report/data file is never modified. This is a very strictly observed Regulatory Compliance guideline.
