webFiche server utilizes pull mechanism to harvest reports/data from a
host system on any platform. It monitors host directories for new reports/data and harvests them.
Virtual Folders can be defined on webFiche for user access. This
technique allows an administrator to create custom views for an individual user or Departments without creating duplicate copies of the reports/data and without creating any Physical folders on the hard
disk. This is a tremendously powerful concept and adds immense flexibility to the system
For an Administrator all management functionality is online and
available anytime anywhere. Maintaining the system is as easy as surfing the net.
